A sleek and contemporary lift and slide door with clean lines and various industry leading features including unrivalled thermal efficiency that can achieve overall U values as low as 0.82W/m2K, which is suitable for the most stringent of building regulations including passive house standards.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING
The XP Glide R is a premium lift & slide system with a boxed outer frame and a sightline of just 50mm on twin track doors and only 87mm on triple track sliding doors. The system also boasts an intelligent built in drainage system meaning the door is ideal for exposed locations whilst still maintaining a contemporary and sleek aesthetic.
The ease of operation of the XP Glide R is immediately noticeable, huge panes of glass can almost effortlessly slid to one side and the lift & slide mechanism also means the door can be locked in any position, making it ideal for properties with children, for gatherings or to simply allow some ventilation whilst still having the door locked and secure.

TWIN TRACK
A two track system offers two and four panel sliding doors with a 50% clear opening.
- Because of the quality and strength of our external sliding door systems, we can manufacture a door in excess of 5000 mm x 2400 mm split into just two sections, and the doors themselves can be manufactured up to 3000mm tall with a slim outer frame and a sightline of just 50mm.
- Our monorail solution means one panel will slide but the fixed panels are glazed into the outer frame meaning less frame and more glass.
TRIPLE TRACK
Our triple track door system offers a slim outer frame, a sightline of 87mm and numerous flexible configurations:
- Three panels can create a two-thirds opening, or a middle sliding panel with two fixed.
- For a wall of glass, six panels with three stacking either side offers both symmetry and a huge opening, creating an impressive sliding door which will transform your property.

Solid as concrete, but light and easy to use. Our sliding doors are manufactured using a liquid component that’s injected into the panels, which sets hard as rock. So if you’re looking for sliding doors that are secure and reliable, you’re in the right place.
Our aluminium sliding doors offer best-in-class security with features such as:
- Door gearing which collapses and locks around the rollers securing the panel in place
- Multi lock keeps
- Interlocking profiles on sliding panels
- Anti-lift blocks in the head of all panels

DESIGNED FOR SAFETY
We’ve designed the XP Glide R sliding doors with safety in mind, too. We know that you’ll get a lot of use out of your doors, so we’ve made sure that every project is installed with a flush bottom track, so you don’t have to worry about little ones tripping up. It looks much more aesthetically pleasing without the unsightly upstand too.
TOUGH LOCKS
Security Lock Barrel Cylinders as standard
We know that it’s important that your external sliding doors are as secure as they are stylish, which is why we use premium 3-star diamond-rated BSI cylinders throughout our door range. Anti-snap, anti-drill, anti-pick and anti-bump, these lock cylinders we use exceed the 2-star standard required for Secured by Design accreditation.
We supply these cylinders in doors with half a barrel, so our sliding doors are just as secure from the inside as the outside. Put your mind at ease with our secure sliding doors.
The keys for our sliding doors can be cut at any locksmith, unlike other Secured by Design standard lock barrels which need a specific lock card to have spare or emergency keys cut. The lock barrels themselves are supplied by one of the world’s leading manufacturers of lock cylinders, complementing perfectly our industry leading range of products.
Certass CQ Assured Scheme
The Certass Certified Quality assured scheme is designed to give consumers additional confidence for their renovation, maintenance and improvement projects. We are proud to be Certass members.
The Certass CQ scheme isn’t a building regulations document but offers peace of mind for the customer that their works have been installed correctly and to the relevant industry standards. As part of the scheme our installations are independently audited by Certass every month and a certificate of conformity is sent to our customers upon the completion of our works. Included in the CQ scheme is a 10-year insurance backed guarantee and a 120 day deposit protection policy.

CERTASS COMPETENT PERSONS SCHEME
Our replacement installations in England a Wales are backed by the Certass Competent Person Scheme and after the completion of our woks our customers receive a personalised Certass branded building regulations certificate reaffirming that the works have been completed to the relevant industry standards. Also included is a 10-year insurance backed guarantee to sit alongside our own comprehensive guarantee:
• The certification includes works where the removal and reinstallation of windows and doors are completed and installed by Express.
• The scheme covers replacement installations but does not include extensions and newbuild projects.
• The scheme covers our replacement works across England and Wales.
